General conditions of sale for guest rooms in the establishment "La Maison de Bazugues".
This sales contract and these conditions are intended for the reservation of stays in guest rooms in the establishment: La Maison de Bazugues
located at Lasbennes 32170 Bazugues France.
Article 1 - Duration of stay
The customer who rents one or more rooms for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
After receipt of your reservation and payment, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without the payment of the deposit within the time limit the reservation is not confirmed and that, accordingly, we reserve the right to recover the rooms.
Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification is only possible after the agreement of "la Maison de Bazugues" and may involve additional costs. We inform you that in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, it will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, an indemnity fixed as follows: - if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the date of arrival , the deposit will be refunded in full ; - if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the payment will remain acquired at "la Maison de Bazugues". In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of accommodation and its additional services or services consumed or not will be due.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by phone or email. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the sums he has already paid.
Article 5 / Time of arrival
The customer must present himself on the day specified when making his reservation, at the earliest at 3:00 p.m. and, at the latest, at 10:00 p.m. The customer must notify by telephone if, by force of circumstances, he is forced to arrive outside this time slot (on +33 6 84 84 50 84).
Article 6 / Time of departure
Check-out time from the rooms is 12.00 noon at the latest.
Article 7 / Change of rooms
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by a room of the same or greater capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 11 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 12 / Art of living and use of the premises
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests of the Maison de Bazugues, respect for a certain “art of living” is required of all. In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. The customer more generally undertakes to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed on all as soon as one lives in community and the present general conditions of sale. The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any degradation for which he is responsible. It is specified that the kitchen available in the common room is not left at the free disposal of the guests. The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors living on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. La Maison de Bazugues will not accept any liability in the event of loss, theft and / or damage or injury caused to property and / or to persons on the property, whatever the cause.

Article 13 / Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the common room or outside from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (during the Jazz In Marciac festival from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
If you have an early morning departure, we adapt to your schedule by giving notice the day before.
Article 15 / Rules of conduct
Customers should avoid making noise between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. All places are non-smoking. The customer agrees to return the room (s) in perfect condition
at the end of his stay or to declare and financially assume any degradation for which he could be responsible. Children evolving within the establishment are under the sole responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
Article 17 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We undertake not to transmit in any case the information that you have communicated to us to other companies or organizations.
